Flight Simulator Experience with MSFS 2024
Ready for your next flight lesson? Would you like to review procedures and cockpit workflows at your own pace? Or are you planning a flight to an airport or along a route you have never flown before?
Our Flight Simulator Experience gives you the opportunity to use your simulator time exactly for that. Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, a powerful PC and high-quality Honeycomb Flight Controls allow you to take a seat in the virtual cockpit and fly the route of your choice.
And of course, you do not have to be a pilot. Aviation enthusiasts who simply want to experience a flight simulator and enjoy some time in the virtual cockpit are just as welcome.
For student pilots: prepare for your next flight lesson
There is a lot to learn during flight training. Procedures, checklists, cockpit workflows, traffic patterns, orientation and navigation all need to become increasingly familiar with practice.
Use your simulator time, for example, to review certain procedures before your next flight lesson or to virtually explore a route you are planning to fly.
This gives you the opportunity to think through the upcoming lesson at your own pace and without the time pressure of an actual flight lesson.
Flying a new route for the first time?
The simulator can also be useful for experienced pilots. You may already be completely familiar with your aircraft and procedures but be planning a flight through an area you have never visited before.
Virtually fly your planned route in advance and get a first visual impression of the landscape, terrain, distinctive landmarks and surroundings along your route.
Especially for VFR flying, it can be interesting to get an initial impression of how the surrounding terrain and landscape may appear from the air before the actual flight.
Familiarise yourself with an unfamiliar airport
Flying to a new destination? Use MSFS 2024 to virtually explore the area around the airport beforehand.
Explore the surrounding landscape, view the airport environment from the air and gain an initial impression of what the area may look like when you arrive on the real flight.
The simulator does not replace current airport charts or official aviation information, but it can provide an interesting visual addition to your personal flight preparation.
Practise navigation and visual orientation
Planning a route on a chart is one thing. Recognising it from the cockpit is another.
Use the simulator to focus on visual orientation. Where are the distinctive terrain features? What does the landscape along your planned route look like? Which visual references could help you maintain orientation?
This makes the Flight Simulator Experience particularly interesting for pilots and student pilots who want to become more familiar with a planned VFR route.
Review procedures and cockpit workflows
Would you like to think through certain procedures again before your next flight? Your simulator time gives you the opportunity to revisit different cockpit workflows in a virtual environment.
This can be particularly interesting before a flight lesson, after a longer break from flying or simply as a personal refresher.
Also interesting for returning pilots
If you are a pilot but have not flown regularly for some time, a simulator session can be a convenient way to revisit cockpit workflows, navigation and the general sequence of a flight before returning to the real cockpit.
Try Honeycomb Flight Controls
Perhaps flight preparation is not your main reason for visiting and you simply want to find out how Honeycomb Flight Controls feel in actual simulator use.
Our simulator is equipped with high-quality Honeycomb components, allowing you to do more than simply look at the hardware in the shop. You can actually sit down and fly with it.

Important information for pilots and student pilots
Our Flight Simulator is not a certified flight simulator or approved flight training device. Simulator time cannot be credited as official flight time or flight training.
Simulator use does not replace instruction with a qualified flight instructor or the required preparation for an actual flight. Current official information and documentation always remain authoritative, including aviation charts, airport information, weather information, NOTAMs and the applicable AFM/POH.
